Can anyone ID this for me please - seen on Black Rock beach, North Wales yesterday. I am assuming it is a pipit of some sort but it seems to be much yellower than the pics in any one of my books - I first spotted it as a flash of yellow keeping company with a group of Pied Wagtails.
My usual image quality I am afraid..

It is a Meadow Pipit, they do a good line in confusing people, some are very yellowish, some grey, some spotted, some streaked, some even have pink throats. Although they are "only" Meadow Pipits, they are actually smart birds and are worth looking at, if only to help in picking out the one that is something else. Mind, it has not worked for me yet.
