My first post here so hope this works ok.
Recent years seem to have seen an upsurge in early pager reports of Honey Buzzards in the U.K. including many April reports. It may be that they are arriving earlier due to global warming but can anyone provide details of how many of these reports are actually being confirmed and accepted by the relevant county rarities committees? Is there any evidence of birds moving through the main migration sites further south such as Tarifa and Eilat earlier than previously. Any comments would be welcome.
