The first twitchable Black-throated Thrush for Belgium was found yesterday in a garden around Bruges:
There is some discussion about the age of the bird. The pattern of the greater coverts is maybe better for an adult, others believe this is a first winter male.
The bird also shows some orange colours in the wing and other parts of the body, is this normal for Black-throated Thrush or could there be an influence from Dusky Thrush?
Comments are well appreciated.
