Welcome to Surfbirds!
Don't worry - it's all very easy, and the people that use this forum are, in my experience, very helpful. Enjoy!

Thanks Russ for the welcome.
I joined this site in the hope to find out what others birders thought of the possible siting of a Northern Harrier/Hen Harrier at Titchwell bird reserve in Norfolk in the past two weeks. Looking at the RSPB Titchwell website they have not listed it as a recent siting so I guess that answers the question.
My husband and I were up there on Sunday 2nd January and saw some people that had not moved from their chosen spot all the time we were there because they were hoping to get a view of this bird. Still sitting in the new Parinder hides we did have good views of a water pipit, snipe, golden eye, ruffs and black tailed godwits plus a whole host of other birds usually seen up there, however it was extremely cold and my fingers had frozen solid, so we did not stay all day, which is very unlike me, usually I like to be up really early and not leave until darkness has fallen.
