Today I finally caught up with the Ross's goose that has been seen at several sights around Norfolk over the winter.
I was wondering if anyone could give me any information on previous records of this species' vagrancy in Britain i.e. Previous accepted records of Ross's, common carrier species, reasons for rejection and reasons for acceptance etc.
Also, if anyone could give me any information in regards to the species relationship with Snow Goose (Chen caerulescens), I am unaware if Ross's is a split from Snow goose, a sub-species or an entirely different species all together.
Sorry if this all seems very basic guys.
