I had the privilege of a preview of Ian Lewington's illustrations and some of the video (including some Swinhoe's footage) and photos for this guide from Bob Flood when I was in Madeira. The illustrations are really magnificent and the video will be so incredibly valuable for understanding and identifying these species which all have such different flight and feeding styles on the water which just can't be shown in a traditional static image. I think this is going to be a big hit and I am eagerly awaiting its release. I just ordered my copy.
