    Do any age classes of Common Tern have near black legs?

    Yes, 2cy Common and Arctic do have black/-ish legs.

    There was another tern recently on birdguides, can't find link. In the OP images on Petteri's link note the white eye-lids on all, which I always thought made them Common as Arctic have dark eye-lids.

    Arctic -

    Any comments to support this or not?
