intermedius or heuglini?
Have a look at this gull I had the day before yesterday at Ashdod, Israel.
Comments are most welcome.

The dark eye looks out of place on an intermedius LBB.
But I'd much rather have spent the time watching the pratincoles and marsh terns

Although grey tone is difficult to judge from pic and at the same time is variable, I think your gull is to pale for intermedius, at least seen from pic nr 2. Judging from the bill colour and pattern it seems to be not fully adult. I´m not sure I can draw to many conclusions as to any of the two ssp on moult score alone. It seems to have relatively dark eyes, which would favour heuglini - as the other features you are mentioning.
Regarding size, I wouldn´t put to much trust in that since small females can stir things up and apparently Baltic would be ruled out on grey tone alone.
Check relevant ssp here Yoav.
Not much of a help
