Chiffchaff would be a North American first. Willow Warbler has been recorded 8 times before. Any thoughts?
Difficult to be 100% certain, but looks very like a tristis to me.
Surely not a Willow Warbler. Dusky Warbler is also a possibility, but it looks to have dark legs, so probably not.

On a first for the States
Looks very good for a COMMON CHIFFCHAFF from what can be seen from the two images.....
Could be Siberian Petteri, but the two images do not provide sufficient detail to be sure; in fact, looks rather green in the shots
