I've birded on an off since I was six. I've visited over 40 countries, not all for birding sadly and lived in the middle east, North Africa, Great Britain, Trinidad and the United States. Brown Inca (Coeligena wilsoni), Ecuador, Tony's Garden 18th February 2004
A long-billed Hummingbird with an amethyst colour patch on the throat (hard to see from some angles). Taken on film with a Nikon F100, 500mm F4 lens + 2x converter.
