A recent casualty of the lumps by BirdLife/HBW as it is now lumped again with Fraser's Eagle Owl. This rare large owl was seen well during the recent BirdQuest Remote Tanzania tour.

After studying Fine Art painting at Wimbledon School of Art he subsequently taught Art for many years at Pimlico School.
