Venezuela - June 27th - July 27th 2007

This report covers a 30-day trip to Venezuela taken by Tom Goossens and Susanne Jacops. It was my second trip to the country and Susanne’s first. The first time I visited the Coastal Cordillera (Henri Pittier, Chichiriviche), Barquisimeto and Yacambu-Sanare. Now we there for focussed on the northeast until the Paria Peninsula, the east, Llanos and the Andes. We managed to see or hear 488 species following strictly taxonomy names and sequence of James F. Clements 5th edition.
